I have been trying to contact this company to return my items for a week and have yet to hear from anyone!! I now have a dispute in with my credit card company to deal with them! Purchase with caution!!
Package arrived in good condition sleep rip in filter screen, but it’s OK. I didn’t get a response to my question as to when the product would arrive. It did take a long time, but it did finally arrive. I had difficulty with Amazon ordering this product. They never told me when it would arrive, so I tried it twice through them. I got nowhere so I cancelled it and then when I tried with you directly for the defend that triple nine filter replacements I got one response which asked for my order number then when I sent the order number, they didn’t send me anything back to let me know when it would arrive, but it did finally arrive and I’m happy with it. Thank you.
It was my fault for not checking my delivery address when I purchased a big group of your filters. It is very difficult to connect to your delivery group. I wrote and phoned them and they kept saying to check with either the USPS or with your company. Nothing yet! Where do I go from here?
It seems to work well. There is no display like the other model telling you where the air quality is at. You have to trust it is working. Air feels fresh; cool. Quiet.
We bought this when the fires were raging, and there was so much smoke. We now realize this is very handy just on a regular basis and keeps the dust to a bare minimum in the house.

I sent them an email after receiving my filter that one of the filters fans were making a loud noise. No response. My other filter is working well.
Great little air purifier! Easy to set up and easy to use. Really takes care of doggie smells and vape smoke. Highly recommend!

Won't register as a new filter. Still syas 8% filter life. Must be a gimmick to purchase and change filters.
I think this is probably amazing, but their manual absolutely sucks. I have no explanation of what the dial settings for the light colors are or the numbers that might be displayed. I have no idea where the red means until I try to look it up online and it tells me it’s particle size. Product works perfectly with my Jaganda air filter. The one I got from Amazon didn't work, and it looks like this site ordered their filters from Amazon anyway to be sent to me... but the second set works. Absolutely great air purifiers.

After installing the new filters the filter light was easy to reset.

love the jafanda air purifiers and what i love even more about it is what it does for the home. haven't had any coughs or fevers ever since i purchased one of these little guys, the air has gone from bad to good. wouldn't have to buy so much cleaning products if you just get one of these for the home. i recommend. 5/5.
A very good air purifier for performance and considering the price range. It is totally silent in Night Mode, and it makes a swooshing noise only if the air is polluted. we recommend this unit. I use lavender essential oil for the bedroom. I purchased 2 units one for the living/dining room (450 sqft) and one for the bedroom 350 sqft. The air feels better and the light breeze is very comfortable.
It works! It revs up when it senses particles in the air and pulls them into the filter. Then it returns to quiet idle until needed again. Very quiet. Very effective.
I purchased the Jafanda for large rooms to use in my office. I decided to go with an oversized model because I'm an extremely heavy smoker. In hindsight, it wasn't necessary to oversize the unit. The specifications for their air purifiers is accurate. I am beyond pleased with my unit. The results have exceeded my expectations and I would most definitely recommend Jafanda air purifiers to anyone looking for a high quality, well engineered piece of equipment.
